การเปลี่ยนสินค้า

• สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า

• สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน ไม่ซัก และมีป้ายครบ

• ไม่รับเปลี่ยนสินค้าในกรณีสินค้าที่ผ่านการใช้งานแล้ว

• สินค้าลดราคา (Sale items) ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้

• สามารถเปลี่ยนได้เฉพาะสี / ไซส์ / รุ่นอื่น เท่านั้น

• ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือ store credit ได้

การคืนเงิน

• การคืนเงินทำได้เฉพาะกรณีสินค้ามีตำหนิ

• ต้องมีการถ่ายคลิปตอนแกะพัสดุเพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานยืนยันเท่านั้น

• หลังจากได้รับสินค้า ทางร้านจะตรวจสอบและดำเนินการคืนเงินภายใน 7-14 วันทำการ

• เงินคืนจะดำเนินการผ่านช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิมเท่านั้น

• ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธคำขอ หากไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

• Items that have been used are non-exchangeable.

• Sale items are non-exchangeable.

• Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product change only.

• No cash refunds or store credits for exchanges.

Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable for defective items.

• A video clip of the unboxing is required as proof.

• Once the returned item is inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method only.
