นโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้า (Shipping Policy)

1. ระยะเวลาในการจัดเตรียมสินค้า (Handling Time)

 หลังจากที่คำสั่งซื้อได้รับการยืนยันและชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทางแบรนด์จะใช้เวลาในการจัดเตรียมและแพ็กสินค้าภายใน 1-2 วันทำการ (ไม่รวมวันหยุดเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์)

 หมายเหตุ: สำหรับสินค้าที่เป็นรายการสั่งซื้อล่วงหน้า (Pre-order) ระยะเวลาในการจัดเตรียมสินค้าจะเป็นไปตามที่ระบุไว้ในหน้ารายละเอียดของสินค้านั้นๆ

2. ระยะเวลาการขนส่ง (Delivery Time)

ทางร้านจัดส่งสินค้าผ่านบริการขนส่งเอกชนชั้นนำ โดยมีระยะเวลาจัดส่งโดยประมาณดังนี้:

 พื้นที่กรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล: 1-2 วันทำการ (นับจากวันที่บริษัทขนส่งเข้ารับพัสดุ)

 พื้นที่ต่างจังหวัด: 2-3 วันทำการ (นับจากวันที่บริษัทขนส่งเข้ารับพัสดุ)

 พื้นที่ห่างไกลหรือเกาะ: 3-5 วันทำการ

3. อัตราค่าจัดส่ง (Shipping Rates)

 การจัดส่งแบบมาตรฐาน (Standard Delivery): คิดค่าจัดส่งเหมาจ่าย 70 บาท ต่อหนึ่งคำสั่งซื้อ

 โปรโมชั่นจัดส่งฟรี: บริการจัดส่งฟรีเมื่อมียอดสั่งซื้อสุทธิครบ 1,500 บาทขึ้นไปต่อหนึ่งคำสั่งซื้อ

4. การติดตามสถานะพัสดุ (Order Tracking)

 เมื่อสินค้าถูกจัดส่งเรียบร้อยแล้ว ระบบจะส่งหมายเลขติดตามพัสดุ (Tracking Number) ให้คุณผ่านทางอีเมลหรือ SMS ที่ระบุไว้ในขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อโดยอัตโนมัติ

 คุณสามารถนำรหัสตรวจสอบสถานะพัสดุไปเช็กสถานะได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง

5. กรณีพัสดุตีกลับ (Returned Deliveries)

 ในกรณีที่พัสดุถูกตีกลับมายังทางร้านเนื่องจากข้อมูลที่อยู่ไม่ถูกต้อง, เบอร์โทรศัพท์ไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ หรือไม่มีผู้รับสินค้าหลังจากความพยายามจัดส่งของขนส่ง ลูกค้าจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งใหม่อีกครั้งในอัตราเหมาจ่าย 50 บาท

Shipping Policy

1. Handling Time

 Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and pack your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 Note: For Pre-order items, processing times will follow the specific timeframe stated on the product description page.

2. Delivery Time

We ship all orders via leading local courier services. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

 Bangkok & Metropolitan Area: 1-2 business days (after courier pickup)

 Other Provinces: 2-3 business days (after courier pickup)

 Remote Areas & Islands: 3-5 business days

3. Shipping Rates

 Standard Delivery: Flat rate of 70 THB per order.

 Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 1,500 THB.

4. Order Tracking

 Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address or phone number provided during checkout.

 You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status at any time via the courier's tracking portal.

5. Returned Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, uncontactable phone number, or failure to collect the package after delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee of a flat rate of 150 THB.
